Lore captures from sources you connect, summarizes by default, and lets you review, delete, pause, or export your memory.
What Lore does by default
- Authorized sources only. Capture starts after you connect an agent or browser source. No silent collection from unrelated apps or browsing history.
- Summary-only default. Raw transcripts and raw documents stay local unless you opt in per source.
- Local redaction. Obvious secrets and
<private>markers are stripped before upload; the cloud re-redacts as a second defense. - Pause and private mode. Pause a source from the dashboard, browser popup, or CLI. Private mode prevents persistence for a chat, tab, or session.
- Delete and export. Delete a memory, source, or vault. Export everything as MIF. Audit retains metadata after content is hard-deleted.
- Source disconnect. Revoking a device or connector removes its content from recall and indexes via a deletion job with audit proof.
What Lore does not do
- No raw transcript upload by default.
- No hidden browsing-history collection.
- No selling memory data. No model-training use of your memory.
- No SOC 2 claim until the program is real. v1.0 is private beta.
